The competition Authority publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 27 (12) of the Konkonks (Law on competition).

The competition Authority has received notification of a concentration on 27.12.2018 according to which EuVECA Livonia partners Fund I (registry code: 40103734887); Livonia partners EIF Co-Investment Fund KS (registry code: 40103943896); R-Prass OÜ (registry code: 12629235); LaastLa OÜ (registry code: 12631604) intends to acquire a joint dominant position within the meaning of paragraph 19(1)(3) over AS FENESTRA (registry code: 10320335).

Under paragraph 27 (13) of the Konkontik, interested parties are entitled to submit their comments and objections to the concentration to the competition Authority within seven calendar days.
