The competition Authority publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 27 (12) of the Konkonks (Law on competition).

The competition Authority has received notification of a concentration on 31.12.2018 whereby Atspo Holding OÜ (registry code: 14523753) intends to acquire a dominant influence over Ascar Auto AS (registry code: 10074749) within the meaning of paragraph 19(1)(2) of the Konksi.

Under paragraph 27 (13) of the Konkontik, interested parties are entitled to submit their comments and objections to the concentration to the competition Authority within seven calendar days.
