ESSVE Estonia AS (registry code 10422506) publishes a notice pursuant to the ¹ of paragraph 447(2) of the commercial Code (ÄS).
The company shall notify the division. ESSVE Estonia AS (registry code 10422506) and LUNA GROUP Estonia AS (registry code: 14576169), established in Kkadaka Road 131, Tallinn, participated in the division. ESSVE Estonia AS (the company being divided) was split by transfer of part of its assets in the course of the divestiture to the acquiring company LUNA GROUP Estonia AS (registry code 14576169) (the acquiring company). The division agreement was signed on 11.10.2018.a, the agreement was amended on 07.11.2018.a. A division shall be deemed to have taken place by means of the entry of the division on the registry card 02.01.2019.a of the company being divided.
Creditors of companies are requested to lodge their claims for security within six months of the publication of this notice (§ 447 (2) 1 of the ÄS).
