The competition Authority publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 27 (12) of the Konkonks (Law on competition).

Pursuant to paragraph 27(1)(1) of the Konkonks, 08.01.2019 adopted Decision No 5-5/2019-003, with the result that Kunda Sadam AS (registry code: 14466191) could acquire a dominant influence over the part of the Palgardi Kraana Osaühing (registry code: 10258930) and the part of the PK TERMINAL OÜ (registry code: 12519859) into a conc within the meaning of paragraph 19(1)(2).
