Notice of initiation of a prospecting permit procedure

The Environment Agency publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 30(2) of the Land Law (MaaPS).

The Environment Agency reports that the application for authorisation of a geological survey submitted by the Paekivitoodete tehase osaühing limited company (registry code: 10022037) (address Harju County, Tallinn, Lasnamäe County, Peterburi tee 34, 11415) has been accepted in the procedure (registered 10.09.2018 in the document management system of the Environment Agency under document number 12-2/18/11219-5).

The painting or exploration room is made up of two solvent units with a surface area of 55,73 ha (north) and 6,40 ha (south), a surface area of 62,13 ha. The research area is located in the county of Harju, in the municipality of Jõelähtme, in the municipality of Võerda, on the land of Kasekese (cadastral title 24504:004:1068), in the state-owned land of Viimsi district 255 (cadastral title 24501:001:0164), managed by the Ministry of the Environment and the Centre for the Management of State Forests and Paju (24501:001:0303), and in the land of Kamino-50ilfont (211:0016). The area covered by the requested survey room is 62.13 ha. This is a consumable stock survey, which plans to build up up to 10 wells and up to 15 exploration cavities. The exploration depth is up to 20 m. the ore under examination is building limestone, which is intended to be used according to quality in road and earth construction (including concrete production). The period of validity of the authorisation applied for shall be 3 years. The test room is called “Maardu” or “Research room”.

Access to the application for a geological survey permit and other relevant documents shall be available at the nearest Office of the Environment Agency
. the application shall be digitally accessible in the http://dhs-ADR-kea.envir.ee/ document management system of the Environment Agency until

the decision to grant or refuse the permit is taken, everyone shall have the right to submit reasoned proposals and objections to the Environment Agency. Proposals and objections may be submitted orally or in writing to the e-mail address info@keskkonnaamet.ee or to the postal address Viljandi mnt 16, 11216 Tallinn.

The draft permit shall be further notified by the Environment Agency in the Official Gazette Ametlikud Teadaanded.
