The competition Authority publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 27 (12) of the Konkonks (Law on competition).
Pursuant to paragraph 27(1)(1) of the Konkonks, the competition Authority adopted Decision No 5-5/2019-004 of 14.01.2019, with the result that Atspo Holding OÜ (registry code: 14523753) may acquire a dominant influence over Ascar Auto AS (registry code: 10074749) within the meaning of paragraph 19(1)(2).
