Enefit Green AS (registry code 11184032) publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 419(4) of the commercial Code (ÄS).
The public limited company shall notify the conclusion of the merger agreement. The merger agreement was concluded between Enefit Green AS (registry code 11184032) and four Energia AS (registry code: 11183009), established in Lelle 22 11318 between Tallinn. The Accession Treaty was signed on 01.02.2019. As a result of the merger, Enefit Green AS (the acquiring company) merges four Energia as (the acquired company) with it and the acquired company is wound up.
