The Environment Agency publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 30(2) of the Land Law (MaaPS).

The Environment Agency reports that following an application from the Mineral resources OÜ (registry code: 14212964) (address Harju County, Jõelähtme Municipality, Loo Aevik, Kuusiku Tea 18-13), a decision and a draft permit have been issued for the general geological exploration licence for the Konju exploration room.

The ore survey room is located in East Viru County, Toila County, Konju County, on state-owned properties, in Ahtme District 8 (cadastral Identification 80301:001:0004) and Ahtme District 10 (80301:001:0006), managed by the Ministry of the Environment and the State Forest Management Centre as an authorised authority. The area covered by the survey room is 67,63 ha. These are general geological exploration activities in which it is planned to build up up up to 30 wells with an exploration depth of up to 30 m. the resources under exploration are sand. The objective of the general geological survey shall be to identify a smaller area where a more detailed geological survey is to be carried out at a later stage on a scale of 1:20 000. The period of validity of the authorisation applied for shall be 5 years.

Proposals and objections to the draft (s) can be submitted orally or in writing to the Environment Agency Viljandi mnt 16, 11216 Tallinn or info@keskkonnaamet.ee, tel 5698 0504 from the date of publication of the notice in the Official Journal Ametlikud Teadaanded.
The Environment Agency shall propose to hear the case without holding a public hearing.
