The division took place between OÜ UG Investeeringud (registry code 12467306) and NLP 11 OÜ (registry code: 14663164), established in Tallinn; OÜ Sirius Energy (registry code: 14663106), established in Tallinn; Flogiston invest OÜ (registry code: 14663141), established in Tallinn; SINER solutions OÜ (registry code: 14663112), established in Tallinn; Maakri SPV OÜ (registry code: 1466170). The investments of OÜ UG (the company being divided) were split by transfer of part of its assets to OÜ Sirius Energy, SINER solutions OÜ, Flogiston invest OÜ, NLP 11 OÜ and Maakri SPV OÜ, to be incorporated as part of the division.
