The Pärnu Maakohus (Paide Court) publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 30(2) of the bankruptcy Act (PankrS).
By order of 19.02.2019 in civil proceedings No 2-19-308, the debtor, Järva Vili OÜ (registry code: 14403747, address: Harju County, Tallinn, districts of the city centre, Jõe tn 5, 10151), was set at EUR 2000.00 as a deposit for the costs of the bankruptcy proceedings and at 21.03.2019.
If the creditors or third parties do not pay that sum of money to cover the costs of the insolvency proceedings, the court shall close the insolvency proceedings in respect of Järva Vili OÜ (in liquidation) without declaring the insolvency (paragraph 29 of the PankrS). The court shall not close the proceedings if the sum specified by the court is paid as a deposit to cover the costs of the bankruptcy proceedings.
The amount must be paid into the Treasury account No EE5710220229377229 (SEB Bank), No EE062200221059223099 (Swedbank) or No 221700017003510302 (Nordea Bank) of THE Ministry of Finance.
