The Häädemeeste Vallavalitsus publishes a notice under paragraphs 21 and 16(2)(1) of the Law on environmental impact assessment and management systems (KeHJS).

The Häädemeeste Vallavalitsus notifies the publication of the environmental impact assessment (EIA) report on the construction of the Pärnu-Reiu light road.

By order No 314 of 25.10.2016, the municipality of Tahkuranna initiated a project for the construction of the Pärnu-Reiu light highway and an environmental impact assessment with a Natura assessment.
The objective of the proposed action is to establish a light road from the border with the city of Pärnu to the beginning of the Posti tee Road in the village of Reiu, in order to improve the possibilities for light traffic and contribute to raising the level of road safety. The light road is foreseen in parallel with the main road 4 (E67) Tallinn-Pärnu-Ikla.

The KMH report can be consulted in advance by the municipality of Häädemeeste Vallavalitse (Pargi tee 1, Uulu village, 86502 the municipality of Häädemeeste) during its opening hours or on the website of the municipality of Häädemeeste at the following address: http://haademeestevald.kovtp.ee/uudised and notices.

Proposals, objections and questions relating to an EIA report may be submitted in writing until 01.04.2019 in the context of the previous contacts of the decision-maker.

The public consultation on the KMH report will take place at 13.00 on 02.04.2019 in the municipality of Häädemeeste (Pargi tee 1, Uuluküla, municipality of Häädemeeste).
