The Environment Agency publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 30(2) of the Land Law (MaaPS).

The Environment Agency notifies that the Osaühing Robin Wood trading (registry code: 10676589) (address: Kasteheina tn 2-1, Kangru Province, Kiili Municipality, 75403 Harju County) is applying for a geological exploration licence. The request for a geological survey is made for the arrest of a cadastral district in the municipality of Kobratu, Tartu, County (register number 337204, cadastral mark 79402:003:0448). The test room is called the Kobratu VII test room. The area covered by the requested survey room is 5.51 ha. This is a consumable stock survey, which plans to build up up up to 15 wells at an exploratory depth of up to 30 m. the resources under examination are the construction and filling sand and the construction and filling gravel. The period of validity of the authorisation applied for shall be 2 years. The study is carried out by OÜ Inseneribüroo STEIGER.

The application is available digitally from the Register of documents of the Environment Agency at https://dhs-ADR-kea.envir.ee/.

Until such time as a decision is taken to grant or refuse a permit for prospecting, any person shall have the right to submit to the Environment Agency reasoned proposals and objections to the application. The draft prospecting permit shall be further notified by the Environment Agency in the Official Gazette Ametlikud Teadaanded.
