The Harju Maakohus (Harju District Court), Tallinn, publishes a notice on the basis of paragraphs 17(2) and 21(1) of the bankruptcy Act (PankrS).

21.03.2019 by order in civil proceedings No 2-19-3790, the debtor, the stamp Staadioni 8 OÜ (registry code: 12890967, address: Harju County, Tallinn, Nõmme Municipality, hope Lootuse pst 80a, 11618), was granted leave



to intervene and a hearing was reserved for the examination of the bankruptcy petition. The hearing will take place on 16.04.2019 at 12.30 in the Tallinn Court Hall, room 3007, floor III. Prohibit the debtor from disposing of all the assets without the consent of the provisional liquidator (paragraph 20(1) of the PankrS). Suspend enforcement of the debtor's assets.
