The competition Authority publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 27 (12) of the Konkonks (Law on competition).
On 21.03.2019, the competition Authority received a notification of a concentration whereby Estravel Holding OÜ (registry code: 12967500) intended to acquire a dominant position within the meaning of paragraph 19(1)(2) over the public Aktsiaselts Wris (registry code: 10280259).
Under paragraph 27 (13) of the Konkontik, interested parties are entitled to submit their comments and objections to the concentration to the competition Authority within seven calendar days.
