The Ministry of the Environment publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 11(3) of the Law on fishing (KPS).
The Ministry of the Environment hereby informs the Minister of the Environment that, in accordance with order No 289 of the Minister of the Environment 08.04.2019, it has been decided to prohibit fishing with trawls in the Gulf of Livi from 12 May to 10 June 2019 in the territorial and inland waters of Estonia from 25 April to 24 May 2019 and to prohibit fishing with trawls in the Gulf of Livi from 12 May to 10 June 2019. This order will take effect on the day following its publication and may also be consulted on the
Ministry of the website https://www.envir.ee/et/eesmargid activity/fishing legislation.
