Top Marine Infra OÜ (registry code 14645953) publishes a notice pursuant to the ¹ of paragraph 47(2) of the commercial Code (ÄS).
The company shall notify the division. Top Marine Infra OÜ (registry code 14645953) and top Marine (registration code: 11001787), established in Top 33, Saue, participated in the division. The Osaühing Top Marine (the company being divided) was split by transferring part of its assets to the acquiring company top Marine Infra OÜ.
Creditors of companies are requested to lodge their claims for security within six months of the publication of this notice (§ 447 (2) 1 of the ÄS).
