The Tartu Maakohus (Tartu District Court) publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 30(2) of the bankruptcy Act (PankrS).
12.04.2019 by order in civil proceedings No 2-17-9409, the debtor, Pajuristi Alusmäe OÜ (registry code: 10850679, address: Harju County, Tallinn, Tallinn City of North Tallinn, Paldiski mnt 20-2, 10149), was set at EUR 1 700 as a deposit for the costs of insolvency proceedings and at 03.05.2019.
The court shall not close the proceedings if the sum specified by the court is paid as a deposit to cover the costs of the bankruptcy proceedings.
The amount must be paid into the Treasury account No EE5710220229377229 (SEB Bank), No EE062200221059223099 (Swedbank) or No 221700017003510302 (Luminor Bank) of THE Ministry of Finance. Indicate the costs of the proceedings, civil case No 2-17-9409. The proof of payment must be submitted to the court (name of the payer, civil matter number, date of payment).
