The competition Authority publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 27 (12) of the Konkonks (Law on competition).
The competition Authority has received notification of a concentration on 18.04.2019 whereby Media investments & Holding OÜ (registry code: 14609223) intends to acquire a dominant position over Cream OÜ (registry code: 12099311) within the meaning of paragraph 19(1)(p) (2) of the Kontik.
Under paragraph 27 (13) of the Konkontik, interested parties are entitled to submit their comments and objections to the concentration to the competition Authority within seven calendar days.
