The competition Authority publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 27 (12) of the Konkonks (Law on competition).
The competition Authority has received notification of a concentration on 22.04.2019 whereby Alexela Varahalduse AS (registry code: 10423960) intends to acquire a dominant influence over Tartu Biogaas OÜ (registry code: 11561670) within the meaning of § 19 (1) p 2.
Under paragraph 27 (13) of the Konkontik, interested parties are entitled to submit their comments and objections to the concentration to the competition Authority within seven calendar days.
