The competition Authority publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 27 (12) of the Konkonks (Law on competition).
On 18.04.2019, the competition Authority adopted Decision No 5-5/2019-016, pursuant to paragraph 27(1)P 2 of the Konkonks, which led to the opening of an additional procedure for the concentration of Estravel Holding OÜ (registry code: 12967500) and Aktsiaselts Wris (registration number: 10280259).
