The competition Authority publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 27 (12) of the Konkonks (Law on competition).
On 26.04.2019, the competition Authority received a notification of a concentration whereby AbeStock AS (registry code: 10344545) intends to acquire a dominant influence over the shares in as sales-Star (registry code: 10893172) within the meaning of paragraph 19(1)(2) of the Konx.
Under paragraph 27 (13) of the Konkontik, interested parties are entitled to submit their comments and objections to the concentration to the competition Authority within seven calendar days.
