The competition Authority publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 27 (12) of the Konkonks (Law on competition).
On 20.05.2019, the competition Authority adopted Decision No 5-5/2019-020, pursuant to paragraph 27(1)P 1 of the Konkonks, with the result that AbeStock AS (registry code: 10344545) may acquire a dominant influence over the share of the undertaking as sales-Star (registry code: 10893172) within the meaning of paragraph 19(1)P 2 of the konks.
