The competition Authority publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 27 (12) of the Konkonks (Law on competition).
On 21.05.2019, the competition Authority adopted Decision No 5-5/2019-021 pursuant to paragraph 27(1)(1) of the Konx, with the result that Alexela Varahalduse AS (registry code: 10423960) may acquire a dominant influence over Tartu Biogaas OÜ (registry code: 11561670) within the meaning of paragraph 19(1)(2).
