The Environment Agency publishes a notice under paragraph 47(2) of the General Law on the Environment (KeÜS).

The Environment Agency States that the request for MODIFICATION of THE authorisation KMIN-010 for the extraction of mineral resources submitted by Orange Muda (registry code: 10256143) (address Võnnu tn 16, City of Haapsalu, Western Region 90504) has been accepted.

Authorisation KMIN-010 for the extraction of mineral resources is granted for the extraction of medicinal products at the Haapsalu Pharmaceutical deposit on the Tagalahe mountain deposit, located in the town of Haapsalu in the western region of Tagalahe.

OSAÜHING RAVIMUDA, seeks an extension of the authorisation KMIN-010 for the extraction of mineral resources by 15 years, an amendment of the limits of the mining deposit so that they coincide correctly with the replacement block, a reduction of the surface area from 16.61 hectares to 11.85 hectares and an annual average mining rate from 3 hrs tonnes to 7 hrs tonnes.

The decision to initiate the procedure for amending the mining permit and other relevant documents can be consulted at the nearest Office of the Environment Agency.
The application is available digitally in the document management system of the Environment Agency, http://dhs-ADR-kea.envir.ee/.

Until the decision to modify the mining permit is taken, everyone has the right to submit reasoned proposals and objections to the Environment Agency. Proposals and objections may be submitted orally or in writing to an e-mail address at the info@keskkonnaamet.ee address or postal address Tallinn 22, Kuressaare, the municipality of Saaremaa, the island region 93819.

The draft decision amending the mining permit will be further notified by the Environment Agency in the Official Gazette Ametlikud Teadaanded.
