The competition Authority publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 27 (12) of the Konkonks (Law on competition).
On 29.05.2019, the competition Authority adopted Decision No 5-5/2019-025 pursuant to paragraph 27(1)(1) of the Konx, with the result that Agron Halduse OÜ (registry code: 11407992) may acquire a dominant influence over osaühing Vändra (registry code: 10052854) within the meaning of paragraph 19(1)(2).
