The competition Authority publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 27 (12) of the Konkonks (Law on competition).
On 31.05.2019, the competition Authority received a notification of a concentration by which the Aktsiaselts Ekspress Grupp (registry code: 10004677); Alexela Varahalduse AS (registry code: 10423960) intended to acquire a joint dominant position within the meaning of paragraph 19(1)(3) of the Konsib over the Maaevel as publishing (registry code: 10678223).
Under paragraph 27 (13) of the Konkontik, interested parties are entitled to submit their comments and objections to the concentration to the competition Authority within seven calendar days.
