The competition Authority publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 27 (12) of the Konkonks (Law on competition).
In accordance with paragraph 27(1)(1) of the Konkonks, 04.06.2019 adopted Decision No 5-5/2019-026, with the result that Media investments & Holding OÜ (registry code: 14609223) may acquire a dominant influence over Cream OÜ (registry code: 12099311) within the meaning of paragraph 19(1)(2).
