The Tarbijakaitse ja Tehnilise Järelevalve Amet publish a notice pursuant to paragraph 49(3) of the Law on electronic Communications (ESS).

Under paragraph 49(1) of the ESS, the Office for Consumer protection and technical Surveillance recognised a telecommunications undertaking/d Telia Eesti AS (registration code: 10234957); Elisa Eesti AS (registration code: 10178070); Tele2 Eesti Aktsiaselts (registration code: 10069046) as having significant market power on a given mobile telephone network voice call termination market and imposed the following obligations: access obligations, non-discrimination obligations, transparency obligations and
price control.

The starting point of the period for the implementation of those commitments is
to 01.07.2019
