The competition Authority publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 27 (12) of the Konkonks (Law on competition).

The competition Authority has received notification of a concentration on 06.06.2019 whereby AS LHV Pank (registry code: 10539549) intends to acquire a dominant influence over the Estonian branch of Danske Bank A/S (registry code: 11488826) over the share of the undertaking for the purposes of paragraph 19(1)(2).

Under paragraph 27 (13) of the Konkontik, interested parties are entitled to submit their comments and objections to the concentration to the competition Authority within seven calendar days.
