The competition Authority publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 27 (12) of the Konkonks (Law on competition).
Pursuant to paragraph 27(1)(1) of the Konkonks, the competition Authority adopted Decision No 5-5/2019-032 on 19.06.2019, with the result that as LHV Pank (registry code: 10539549) may acquire a dominant influence over part of the Estonian branch of Danske Bank A/S (registry code: 11488826) for the purposes of paragraph 19(1)(2).
