The Aktsiaselts Papiniidu Projekt (registry code 10845997) publishes a notice pursuant to the ¹ of paragraph 447(2) of the commercial Code (ÄS).

The company shall notify the division. Aktsiaselts Papiniidu Projekt (registry code 10845997) and Sudrabsala OÜ (registry code 14759846), established in Puki Tea 4, Tallinn 11912, participated in the division. AS Papiniidu Projekt is the company being divided and Sudrabsala OÜ is the acquiring company. The division was entered in the commercial register on 10.07.2019. The division was effected by means of a division which led to the creation of the acquiring company and the transfer by operation of law of part of the assets and related economic activities of the company being divided to the acquiring company, which is the legal successor to the company being divided in respect of those assets, and osaühing Tristafan, as sole shareholder of the company being divided, also became sole shareholder of the acquiring company (see paragraphs 434(4) and (5), 446(1) and (3), 449 of the ÄS).

Creditors of companies are requested to lodge their claims for security within six months of the publication of this notice (§ 447 (2) ¹ of the ÄS). Creditors have that possibility only under the conditions laid down in paragraph 447 (2.2) of THE ÄS. Applications, supported in writing, may be submitted at Papiniidu tn 8, Pärnu 80010.
