Bilder Grupp OÜ (registry code 12668387) publishes a notice under the ¹ of paragraph 447(2) of the commercial Code (ÄS).

Bilder Grupp OÜ (registry code 12668387) and Karl Bilder OÜ (registry code: 10172647), established in Turku TN 53, Tartu 50106, Estonia, participated in the division. 24.07.2019, the division of Karl Bilder OÜ was entered in the commercial register by way of a division in which Karl Bilder OÜ, as the company being divided, transferred part of its assets to Bilder Group OÜ as the acquiring company.
