The competition Authority publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 27 (12) of the Konkonks (Law on competition).
On 25.07.2019, the competition Authority adopted Decision No 5-5/2019-039 pursuant to paragraph 27(1)(1) of the Konkonks, as a result of which Media investments & Holding OÜ (registry code: 14609223) may acquire a dominant influence over Digital future OÜ (registry code: 14307251) within the meaning of paragraph 19(1)(2) of the Konga.
