The competition Authority publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 27 (12) of the Konkonks (Law on competition).
On 31.07.2019, the competition Authority adopted Decision No 5-5/2019-041, pursuant to paragraph 27(1)P 1 of the Konkonks, with the result that Baltic Maritime Logistics Group AS (registry code: 10682650) may acquire a dominant influence over OÜ Stivis (registry code: 10031869) within the meaning of paragraph 19(1)P 2.
