The public Road Administration publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 58(1) of the Law on State property (RVS).

The public Road Administration announces by public auction the sale of state-owned immovables managed by the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications in accordance with the Law on State property and the order No 1.1-1/18-012 of the Minister of Enterprise and information Technology and the Minister of Economic Affairs and infrastructure of 23.01.2018 entitled “Rules governing the administration of state funds under the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications”::

Any person may participate in the auctions subject to the limits laid down by law.

The winner of the auction is the person who accepts the terms of the auction and offers the highest price for the acquisition of public funds. The auctioneer shall be awarded a contract of sale within two months of the date on which the outcome of the auction is confirmed, subject to the conditions of the auction.

The closing date for the submission of tenders is 23.08.2019. at 10:00. When a tender is submitted by post, the tender must be received by the closing date for submission of the tender. Tenders not received within the time limit shall not be opened and shall be returned to the tenderer's address for contact indicated on the envelope of the tender.
