Kehtna Vesi GmbH (registry code 10332654) publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 399(1) of the commercial Code (ÄS).
The firm shall notify the merger. Kehtna Vesi GmbH (registry code 10332654) and Järvakandi Communal (registry code: 10078827), established in Energia 1, Järvakandi, took part in the merger. Pursuant to the Accession Treaty of 30.05.2019, the connecting party was Kehtna Elamu OÜ and the connecting party was Järvakandi utility OÜ. The new combined enterprise will continue with the registration code of the former Kehtna Elamu, but the new business name will be Kehtna Vesi OÜ.
