The Tartu Maakohus (District Court, Viljandi) publishes a notice pursuant to paragraphs 17(2) and 21(1) of the bankruptcy Act (PankrS).
By order of 16.08.2019 in civil proceedings No 2-19-11264, the petition for insolvency of
the debtor, ClassicPro OÜ (registry code: 11884166), was declared admissible and a hearing was reserved for the examination of the petition. The hearing will take place from 04.09.2019 at 14:00, by video conference, between the Jõgeva District Court of Tartu and the Viljandi Court in Hall 3. Prohibit the debtor from disposing of all the assets without the consent of the provisional liquidator (paragraph 20(1) of the PankrS). The applicant is OÜ Port one, the contractual agent is Kalle-Kaspar Sepper, a sworn lawyer, and the temporary liquidator is Küllike Mitt.
