Notice of initiation of a prospecting permit procedure

The Environment Agency publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 30(2) of the Land Law (MaaPS).

The Environment Agency States that the application for a geological exploration licence submitted by AS Tariston (registry code: 10887843) (address Pärnu mnt 158/1, Tallinn, Harju County, 11317) has been accepted.

Geological exploration authorisation is requested for the State-owned cadastral parcel of Kärdla district 43 (cadastral identification 63901:001:1073) in Hiiu County, in the village of Parts. The area covered by the requested survey room is 16,04 ha. This is a consumable stock survey, which plans to build up up to 10 wells and up to 25 exploration cavities. The exploration depth is up to 10 m. the surveyed minerals are the construction and filling sand, the construction and filling gravel. The period of validity of the authorisation applied for shall be 3 years. The name of the test room shall be Parts Clause VIII. The study is carried out by OÜ Inseneribüroo STEIGER.

The application for authorisation to prospect and other relevant documents can be consulted at the nearest office of the Environment Agency.
The application is available digitally from the Register of documents of the Environment Agency at http://dhs-ADR-kea.envir.ee/.

Until such time as a decision is taken to grant or refuse a geological exploration licence, any person shall have the right to submit reasoned proposals and objections to the Environment Agency. Proposals and objections may be submitted orally or in writing to an e-mail address at the info@keskkonnaamet.ee address or postal address Tallinn 22, Kuressaare, the municipality of Saaremaa, the island region 93819.

The draft geological exploration licence shall be further notified by the Environment Agency in the official publication Ametlikud Teadaanded.
