The Rapla Vallavalitsus publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 139(3) of the planning Law (plans).

The Rapla Vallavalitsus declares that, by order No 332 of the Municipality of Rapla of 19 August 2019, entitled “establishment of a zoning plan”, a zoning plan for 33 plots of land (cadastral mark 67001:007:0840) was established in the city of Tallinn mnt, Rapla. The purpose of the zoning plan is to provide for an additional building right for the construction of a single dwelling on a residential plot to be formed by the division of the land. At the commencement of the planning, Rapla Vallavolikogu has assessed the zoning plan in accordance with the principal design of the master plan.

The implementation of the building plan will lead to an increase in the building space in the centre of the city of Rapla, which will reduce urban sprawl, help to alleviate the demand for individual housing plots in a small town and will revitalise life in the district centre, with positive economic, social and cultural effects. The impact on the natural environment is limited.
