The Defence League publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 58(1) of the Law on State property (RVS).
The Defence League shall open a public written auction for the sale of the land in Tallinn, new-Tatar TN 25a
: real estate No 17052801, Caastral Identifier 78401:110:2810, size 1101 m ², intended use of 100% commercial land.
Tenders can be submitted at Tallinn Toompea tn 8 on working days E-N 8.00 – 16.45, R 8.00 – 14.00 of the Guard Round of the Defence League. The tender must be submitted no later than 10.45 on 16.10.2019.
Additional information: the starting price of the auction is EUR 550 000 (five hundred and fifty thousand). A deposit of EUR 10 000 must be paid in advance. The deposit is taken into account as a partial payment of the purchase price.
