The competition Authority publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 27 (12) of the Konkonks (Law on competition).
The competition Authority has received notification of a concentration on 10.10.2019 according to which Max 123 AS (registry code: 11038974) and Võrguvara OÜ (registry code: 12446244) intend to merge konks within the meaning of § 19 (1) p 1.
Under paragraph 27 (13) of the Konkontik, interested parties are entitled to submit their comments and objections to the concentration to the competition Authority within seven calendar days.
