The competition Authority accordingly adopted Decision No 5-5/2019-056 of 14.10.2019, with the result that VEHO Oy AB (registry code: 0115761-6) may acquire a dominant influence over Silberauto Eesti AS (registry code: 10284932); Silberauto UAB (registry code: 111748996); the public limited company SILBERAUTO (registry code: 10097392) over the share of the undertaking WITHIN the meaning of paragraph 19(1)(2).
