The competition Authority publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 27 (12) of the Konkonks (Law on competition).

The competition Authority has received notification of a concentration on 24.10.2019 whereby EUVECA Livonia partners Fund I (registry code: 40103743926) intends to acquire a dominant influence over aktsiaselts Klaasimeister (registry code: 10149878); Kolu vara OÜ (registry code: 12965843) within the meaning of paragraph 19(1)(p) (2).

Under paragraph 27 (13) of the Konkontik, interested parties are entitled to submit their comments and objections to the concentration to the competition Authority within seven calendar days.
