The Rapla Vallavalitsus publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 128(7) of the planning Law (plans).

The Rapla Vallavalitsus States that, by Decision No 73 of the Municipal Council of Rapla Vallavolikogu of 31 October 2019, entitled “establishment of a building PLAN”, the drawing up OF a BUILDING PLAN in accordance with an Nurmenuku master plan was initiated in the Municipality OF Juuru. The purpose of the zoning plan is to lay down the conditions for the construction of up to five additional individual dwellings in an Nurmenuku dwelling (cadastral title 24005:002:0709). The plan covers an area of ca. 2,6 ha, contiguous to the countryside of tn 1 from the west (cadastral code 24005:002:0147), to the north of the children's park (cadastral code 66801:0061), to Leandra (cadastral code 24005:002:0067), to the north of the children's park (cadastral code 24005:002:0096) and to the rabbit (cadastral code 24005:002:00000097) from the non-plots and the plots of the plots.

The need to draw up a zoning plan is apparent from the zoning plan of the Municipality of Juuru and from the planning Law. According to the general plan of the former Municipality of Juuru, the Nurmenuku area is the existing land use - the national defence area. Defence land is defined as land used for the purposes of defence, border guard and rescue services in accordance with the Land Treasury Act. Among other things, the public land is used as land for detention, rescue and law enforcement, internal defence or defence facilities and exercise pitches.
