The competition Authority publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 27 (12) of the Konkonks (Law on competition).
The competition Authority adopted Decision No 5-5/2019-059 of 01.11.2019 pursuant to paragraph 27(1)(1) of the Konkonks, with the result that UP invest OÜ (registry code: 12371871) may acquire a dominant influence over THE COMPUTERS of the public limited company IM (registry code: 10390835) for the purposes of paragraph 19(1)(2).
