The Tartu Maakohus (District Court, Valga) publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 145(5) of the bankruptcy Act (PankrS).
11.11.2019 the order in civil case No 2-16-3767 confirmed the allocation proposal submitted by the debtor, ALION EST PL OÜ (registry code: 11005331, address: Nõuni village, Municipality of Otepää, County of Valga, House 4-11, 67501 in liquidation), the liquidator.
The debtor or the creditor objecting to the distribution proposal may lodge an appeal within 15 days of service of the order (paragraph 145(4) of the PankrS; paragraph 661(2) of the TsMS).
