The Harju Maakohus (Harju District Court), Tallinn, publishes a notice on the basis of paragraphs 17(2) and 21(1) of the bankruptcy Act (PankrS).
By order of 18.10.2019 in civil case No 2-19-12542, the creditor's application for a declaration that the debtor, OON Logistics OÜ (registry code: 12367585, address: Harju County, Tallinn, Kristiine Municipality, Tondi tn 32, 11316), was insolvent was admitted.
By order of 19.11.2019 in civil case No 2-19-12542, the hearing was scheduled for 19.12.2019, starting at 10.45 in Hall 3007 of the Tallinn Court Hall, floor III.
Prohibit the debtor from disposing of all the assets without the consent of the provisional liquidator (paragraph 20(1) of the PankrS).
