The Ministry of Social Affairs publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 4(5) of the Law on collective agreements (KLS).

THE CONFEDERATION of ESTONIAN EMPLOYERS (registry code: 80036271) and the Confederation of Estonian Trade unions (registration code: 80115195) agreed as follows:

1. Fix, with effect from 01 January 2020, a minimum wage of EUR 584 per month for full-time work and a minimum hourly wage of EUR 3.48 per
.2. To set the minimum wage as from 01 January 2021 at 40% of the average salary on the basis of the Eesti Pank's summer 2020 economic forecast (published in the “Monetary Policy and Economic Affairs”). The specific minimum monthly and hourly rates for 2021 will be fixed in the summer of 2020.
