The competition Authority publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 27 (12) of the Konkonks (Law on competition).
On 27.11.2019, the competition Authority adopted Decision No 5-5/2019-064 pursuant to paragraph 27(1)(1) of the Konkonks, with the result that AbeStock AS (registry code: 10344545) may acquire a dominant influence over the share of an undertaking within the meaning of paragraph 19(1)(2) of the Abestock AS.
