The Environment Agency publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 30(2) of the Land Law (MaaPS).

The Environment Agency States that the application for a geological survey permit submitted by AS Tariston (registry code: 10887843) (address: Toompuiestee 35, districts of North Tallinn, Tallinn, 10133 Harju County) has been accepted.

Authorisation for geological exploration shall be sought for sand and gravel in the Kirikuküla II exploration room. The research area is located in the village of Hundinurga in the municipality of Narva-Jõesuu, Ida-Viru county, on private land, in the cadastral district of Vaivara church (cadastral mark 85101:001:0390). The area covered by the requested survey room is 24.22 ha. As part of the geological survey, it is planned to set up up up to 25 exploration voids with a test depth of up to 7 m. the period of validity of the requested geological survey permit is 3 years. The survey is carried out by OÜ J. Viru Markšeideribüroo (registry code 11644539, address Tartu mnt 84a, district of the city centre, Tallinn, 10112 Harju County).

The application is available digitally from the Register of documents of the Environment Agency at https://dhs-ADR-kea.envir.ee/.

Until such time as a decision is taken to grant or refuse a geological exploration licence, any person shall have the right to submit reasoned proposals and objections to the Environment Agency. Proposals and objections may be submitted orally or in writing to the e-mail address info@keskkonnaamet.ee or to the postal address Viljandi mnt 16, 11216, Tallinn.

The draft prospecting permit shall be further notified by the Environment Agency in the Official Gazette Ametlikud Teadaanded.
